For ‘Coloured Sketch’ commissions
When payment is received, I will begin the sketching process. Once the pencil sketch is completed, I will send you an example. This is when you will make any desired changes (maximum of 1 revision). No refunds after I start working on a sketch commission.

For ‘Rendered’ commissions
When payment is received, I will begin the sketching process. Once the pencil sketch is completed, I will send you an example. This is when you will make any desired changes (maximum of 3 revisions). If the commission is retracted at this point, half of the paid amount is refunded. The other half is to compensate for the sketching process.
Once you have confirmed the sketch there will be no amount of refund unless a discrepancy occurs.

  • Mecha art and hyper-realism

  • Complicated environments/backgrounds

How do I commission? ʕ •̀ ω •́ ʔ

It's simple! Please read my Terms of Service (it's important!) and then message me @fiaowls on Instagram, Fiaowls#6715 on Discord or send me an email at [email protected] (please choose whichever you're most active).Send me reference images of your character and any additional description of what you want.
Then, you will receive an email/message from me either accepting your commission or asking a couple of questions which might take a couple of days. If you have a deadline let me know upfront! :3◊ Commissions can take a few days to a few months depending on the complexity and other factors.◊ Once I accept, I'll send an email to ask you to send the confirmed amount via Paypal. Please pay within 36 hours or your slot may be given to someone else. Your slot is locked when the commission is paid.
◊ After payment, I will start the sketching phase of your commission!
◊ I will send you the sketch for you to approve before I start the final process (line, colour and additional details). Some edits can be made at this point for no additional cost. If you ask to change something you confirmed in the past, I will charge extra :< So just be sure you like it before confirming!
◊ When the final version is done, I will send it to you for approval. Only very small changes will be allowed in this phase. For more or larger changes after this phase will cost extra.
◊ After your approval, you will receive the full resolution image (300dpi A4) and a web-friendly version! ଘ(੭ˊ꒳ˋ)੭✧
◊ I want to make sure you're happy with the commission so I send updates of stages unless you'd rather be surprised!

Terms of Service

◊ Commissions are only open for personal use at this time. If you are interested in an illustration for commercial use, please email me at [email protected]Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
Personal commissions will contain my signature in a corner.By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
･ You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.
･ My work is for personal or private use only, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.
･ As the artist, I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.
･ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the signature from the finished product.
You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
Credits to me ( ©fiaowls; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given any time the art is showcased.PaymentPayment is through PayPal (GBP £).
Commissions are paid 100% upfront.
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.ProcessThe time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.You get 3 rounds of changes on a ‘Rendered’ commissioned piece included in the price and 1 round of changes on a ‘Coloured Sketch’ or 'Profile Pic'.
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
◊ A design fee applies to those who have no reference images of the subject and would like me to draw from a description or a collage of photographs.
If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.Cancellation and Refund Policy･ I do not allow chargebacks or PayPal disputes.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
For Rendered Commissions:
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission after the sketch phase.
If the commission is retracted at the sketch phase, half of the paid amount is refunded. The other half is to compensate for the sketching process.
For Coloured Sketch and Profile Pic Commissions:
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
